Count off by 2’s. 1’s go with Parrothead to the tennis court parking lot, 2’s go with Tiny Dancer to the pull-up bars. At the tennis court parking lot, complete the following:
10 of each – burpees, wall jumps, merkins.
Run down the lawn to the fence. 9 of each – burpees, copperhead squats, merkins
Run up the lawn to the parking lot. 8 of each – burpees, wall jumps, merkins
Run down the lawn to the fence. 7 of each – burpees, copperhead squats, merkins
Etc… until you complete all ten rounds.
We have a little time, so run to the tennis court and practice handstand holds. This is something new that we haven’t tried before.
Run to the pull-up bars, (Tiny Dancer leads his PAX to the tennis court parking lot and performs the aforementioned exercises).

An absolutely beautiful morning for a beat down. Unseasonable cool with a beautiful sunrise.
I’m truly glad that Mayhem didn’t break his neck while attempting the hand stand hold. Looks like that one will be added to our repertoire from time to time.
YHC grossly underestimated the time it would take to complete the exercises at the pull-up bars. I had to call an audible part of the way through.
Way to push yourself, Sulfur Toe, back to the flag. Motivated!
