WARMUP – SSH x50, Imperial Walkers x30
THE THANG – The RATT Ruck Plate joined the PAX and insisted on being 30lbs over your head. Indian Run Carterico Style, Front Man holds the plate above his head and the rear PAX does 5 merkins > 10 merkins half way > 15 merkins three/quarters of the way towards the baseball fields.
At the entrance of Ogden Park, we did 15 burpees OYO, then 10 partner derkins, and YHC held the plate over his head while the remaining PAX did oblique planks as delivered by BTB.
Indian Run though the parking pillars (like a snake) to the middle of the baseball fields. From there we did a little DORA 1-2-3.
- 25X Wall Jumps
- 50X Burpees
- 75X Derkins
Mosey over to the first speed bumps back to the flags. At every speed bump we rotated a number of partner exercises while the odd man out does lunges with the Ratt Plate over his head….Wheel Barrows, Partner Carries, Bear crawl, Crabwalk, more Partner Carries, Burpee Broad Jumps, Lunges.
Indian Run back to the flags. With 4 minutes left, everyone held plank in the circle with each man did 5 Burpees and the man to the left held the Plate over his head… AND because Flounder said the workout want hard enough, we did 5 more burpees OYO to end it.
