QIC: Parrot Head

PAX: Last, Old Bay, Mayhem, Busted Grill, Niles, Wreck-It-Ralph, Tiny Dancer, Mr Kotter, The Adjuster, Morpheus

WARM UP:
SSH x 25
Imperial Walker x 25

THE THANG
Mosey to the pull up bars for some Dora 1-2-3.  Partner up and complete the following:
100 Inverted Rows
200 Dips
300 V-Ups (started as knee raises on the pull-up bars, but I called an audible)
While one partner performs the exercise, the other runs over the wooden bridge and back.

When everyone completes that, run to the area down by the pond for some squats.  One partner exercises while the other partner runs across the wooden bridge, to the top of the hill, and back.  Try to complete 300 squats before time runs out.

Mosey back to the AO for some Mary

Cornhole tournament on Saturday at Wreck-It-Ralph’s house. I foresee a lot of trash talking.
F2 tonight at the Fat Pelican at Carolina Beach.  The best dive bar around, IMO.
Sorry Mayhem, time (and the PAX) waits for no man, even if you are pulling in the parking lot.
The Adjustor requested that I adjust the workout because the pull-up bars were too wet.  Anything to please.
At least there were no burpees.  And the rain held out until COT.  A good way to start the day.
