Right here is where I ended a little premature fellas, so Btb took over Stadium run up and down the steps then backpedal back 25 Merkins something 15 rinse and repeat 10 burpees

Single file run to the pull-up bar 10 pull-ups , 10 knees to chest rinse and repeat . jailbreak back to the under the shelter . Insert exercise name here 20 times . Hold your breathe 30secs, 25seconds , announcements and prayer have a good day
