Run the 0.65 mile path around the municipal park stopping frequently for a series of exercises (20 reps first lap, 15 reps second lap, 10 reps third lap). The exercises included: Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Squats, Dips, Bear crawl, Crab walk, and Balls to the Wall. Mary consisted of LBCs, American Hammers, Flutter kicks.

MOLESKIN: Despite our low numbers, all the Leland efforts has been worth it to add Atticus, Captain Planet and Salt and Peppa to the pax. I thought I was going to be exercising by myself today until Atticus showed up. It was great getting to know Atticus better today. He’s an interesting guy with some great stories.
