QIC – Minecraft

Pax – Dr Freud, Wreck-it-Ralph, Busted Grill, Niles, The Hoff, Marshal Bob, The Adjuster, Captain Stuebing, Zoro and Tigger

11 Pax posted and demonstrated great feats of strength as each Motivated Pax fought a good fight and destroyed the Gauntlet.

CoP – seal claps x 20 IC, cotton pickers x 20 IC and mosey to pull-up bars.

The Gauntlet – squats for 3 minutes – 1 minute rest – merkins for 3 minutes – 1 minute rest – pull-ups for 3 minutes – 1 minute rest – burpees for 3 minutes – 1 minute rest – timed 400 meter run.

The Gauntlet Recover – mosey to picnic shelter and partner up.  Round 1 – partner 1 does flutter kicks until partner 2 lunge walks around the picnic shelter.  Rinse and repeat.  Round 2 – partner 1 does seated knee ups until partner 2 does butt kickers around picnic shelter.  Rinse and repeat.  Mosey to AO.

CoT – Prayer of thanks for being able to workout this morning.  Prayer of thanks for the Pax that were with us to workout this morning.  Prayer for protection of the men and women in the military and for those that serve the community.  Prayer of special intention for our brother, Niles.
