Cotton Pickers x 10 IC

10 minutes of nonlinear plankage while practicing Navy Seal breathing techniques and hoping fellow PAX will show.

Mozy to first shelter

Burpees x 10

Mozy to picnic shelter

Dips x 20

Squats x 50

LBC x 50 IC

Pull ups x 10

Mozy around track…still no PAX in sight.

95% sprint back to secend shelter resulted in a bit of merlot spillage

Prayers for  Flamers buddy’s young son Chance battling cancer.

Dear Lord, continue to be with Chance and his family while they go through these difficult times. Thank you for making him an official member of the Hurricanes roster and granting his MakeAWish. Help us remain grateful and reflect the light you shine on us into the lives of others. Amen.
