Testimonial by Bob the Builder

With the spirit of the new year, new workouts, and expanding AO’s I felt like it’s a good time to share my F3 story with all of you:

Bob the Builder (1/23/17)

I joined F3 a little more than a year and a half ago and I can say that it is one of the best decisions of my adult life. While I have always been active, ever since high school, it had been inconsistent. I played sports my entire life and all the way through high school. There are comraderies and connections you make with your teammates that is impossible to match on your own. I tried a lot of things, I joined the FD at WB, I joined rec sports leagues, I made plans and schedules to work out with friends, and while all these got me out of the fart sack, active, and pushing myself; it was very easy to make up excuses not to go. About 2 years ago, Ugly Stik, SXSW, and I made a pact to work out together 4-5 mornings a week. It was finally something to count on, but our lack of creativity was being exposed and we needed something more. We needed an outside influence to push us to be stronger, faster, and better.

We were finally EH’ed by the Ratt all the way from Charlotte to go out give F3 a try.

Best decision we made. Not only did we find a consistent, challenging, and constantly changing workout; we found a team. F3 has become my new team. You all have pushed me physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I have become a more confident adult, better leader, employee, boss, husband, and all around better person.

It has pushed my comfort zone and allowed me to become more outgoing, more involved, and more determined to constantly be better.

I feel it is my prerogative to give F3 to as many of my friends and former teammates as possible. There will be no better feeling than having a new team to push you through the challenges of adult life.
